If i assume you are using SSRS2008 ,Click on the row then goto properties using F4 and Font weight and click on expression use the below expression

=Iif(Feilds!Day!Value="ALL","Bold","Default").

My suggetion is give a name for the textbox something like "Cal1" and other calculated feild as "Cal2"

Use the below expression to get the values.

=ReportItems!Cal1.Vaule

=ReportItems!Cal2.value

Thanks for the info.

go to the textbox properties in the report,and choose the format and go tot the date and choose the dd/mm/yy fromat in the slection.

As per my understanding your report table have large number of columns bcz of it the page breaks is occuring but report headers are not repeteting.

you can restrict others by giving your localsystem or specifing your own Username.
