The only thing I suspect is we do transaction log...

I just got another alert that the database index file 96% full.

I checked the file, it changed back to the original size again.

In our case, most of the job owners are the ssis package author themselves, they are not sysadmin, so the job running under their account. And once they left...

But I'm using the same service account for proxy account...
