You don't need xp_fixeddrives any more:
SELECT DISTINCT vs.volume_mount_point
, vs.logical_volume_name
, vs.total_bytes
, vs.available_bytes

Should I go through and drop the duplicate auto statistics? Will having duplicates cause issues at all?

Looks like bad parameter sniffing and/or stale statistics.
