I think i can't use Triggers. Because, The values of Master table will be updated every time a record is inserted / updated / deleted...

You could create a view that does not include the column you want to hide. Grant select to the view to the users role. Then deny select to the base...

WHERE (key1 = @key1 AND @key1 IS NOT NULL)
OR (key2 = @key2 AND @key2 IS NOT NULL)
