You have to run the Service accounts under Domain User. You can use SQL User to set up rest of the replication but it is recommended to use Windows Authentication

Bru, Just one correction....
You said that
You cannot replicate only Insert / Update transaction is Transactional Replication, you cannot avoid one type (delete) of DML Statements.

I think for this the best way would be to use Policy Based management. With this you can set it up to prevent or notify.
