    If you rebuild the NCIs first then the CI, you force rebuilds on the NCIs because of changes to the CI.

    It was my own fault. Because there were so many indexes I didn't read all the error messages during Defrag .As David said it was because of BLOB field...

    Can you post the complete column output from sys.dm_db_index_physical_stats using a detailed scan for the index in question

    Question is why would you cluster on virtual hardware? (other than for cheap QA & validation)

    I'm interested to know what this is providing you.

    Does rebuilding the performance counters affect the SQL databases ? Should thee be some kind of tests done post rebuld ?

    It will require a reboot so plan for that
