Hi there - Not sure if this is meaningful;
First things first, edit your post and remove details of all other certs 😉
Leave just the detail on the cert...

might be worth first attempting to get the cert from the other server, leave the master restore as last resort

If both servers are on the same site then using a disk witness would be fine

Also, on Veritas you basically install MS-SQL once on top of Veritas which does the rest.

You can have an AO group span different clusters but its only supported for migration purposes.

As far as I'm aware you cant. If you try to enable .NET role without internet access you have to use cmd line to disable online checks
