can you try to have your settings use 4 digits for hte year part?? That sould solve it.

Might I suggest this version as it is math based instead of converts?
If you have a big resultset to convert, you'll see a difference.
dateadd(d, 0, datediff(d, 0, getdate()))

It just returns true/false. As soons as the engine finds a hit, the query stops with true. I can't tell you much more than that.

No... that column doesn't really exist in that query, it has to be processed.
