I don't have a ready made answer for you.
I would start by familiarizing myself with sys.dm_exec_cached_plans.

Are you on SQL server express?
If so you can always upgrade to 2008 R2 and enjoy a 10 gb limit instead assuming you can't afford a license at the moment.
