p.s. Check with your licensing provider or with MS licensing. The cost of getting this wrong is not small (audits and fines)

IsAllDigits is not a standard function, you have to build it yourself. There is isnumeric() but it allows a lot more characters than I think you may want.

restore database model with recovery
rerun that and immediately run the check db commande I gave you.
I'm 99.99% sure...
