But I had to shrink the files as the original size of DB was 181Gb and after the maintainance job its became 233 GB.

It's always safer to retest the whole app whenever possible.
Rolling back those upgrades is a major pita.

Yes, that's one big PITA with SSRS. The WHOLE expression gets evaluated. So it still divides by 0 even if you use an iff.

Initially to reduce the log size ,take the log backup and shrink log file .
As the db is in full recovery model ,make sure you have log backups...
