The difference is in # of page read, hence also ram + cpu + disks.
The difference might be minimal or very noticable depending on what type of queries you are...

There are 2 urls. Check the 2nd in the report setup tool.
Of course you'll need to deploy a few reprots before you see anything more than the home folder...
