You don't mention that table anywhere so the server can't know what you're talking about.
You need to add an inner join in the from clause.

If you have foreign keys you can build a script based on that.
Anything else you can think of is just a guess / incomplete picture.

If by apply you mean restore. Then those new index will be gone because they don't exist in the log backups you had before creating them.

If 4-5 of us combine we can possibly get you 50-75% improvement.
Normally that happens over 1-2 weeks because of all the waiting between replies.
95%+ requires to be on site.

Try adding the site to safe zone and then putting the security to the lowest level.
That's the only thing that could block this in IE that I know of.
