I was able to get correct results with the TEST data but, not my actual. When I sort using your select query, I get records for each month.

My actual data has records from October, 2014 thru September, 2015. Our Fiscal Year. When I run the query I only get.............

This query runs fine when executing within SSRS but, times out when creating the fields for the report. Any thoughts? In SSMS the query takes 1 minute to run.
