Tempdb seems is normal only and it is Production Environment so i could not restart server as of now..

It is in Full Recovery Model and DBCC Opentran returns nothing..

Yes I executed sp_helpdb <database name> but it is showing for one database, i need all the databases in server and datafiles size.

I want to know that If take first T-Log backup then I took Full Backup, is the data in the T-Log is also in Full Backup or not ?
