Did you reboot the all the nodes after installing CU11?
and do not stop any services before applying the CU11. It will detect the services and automatically stops them.

I did this already DBCC SHRINKFILE (N'MSDBLog' , 500) . But the log file size still showing as 17Gb after shrinking the file!!!

MSDB is in full recovery mode and we are taking only full back up of system databases every night.
and yesturday night the full backup size of msdb is 10MB only.Now...
