Looking at the queries I see nothing to filter the data to 30 days worth of data unless the tables you are running the queries against only have 30 days...

What is the query? In your execution plan all I see is this:

You should also look at where you are using dynamic SQL and if it isn't really needed rewrite it without dynamic SQL.
