Not a replication specialist, but it looks like there are replication transactions that have not yet replicated to all subscribers. How space is bein used in the T-Log?

Differences in the query engine. Perhaps in SQL Server 2000 the WHERE creteria ISNUMERIC(...) = 1 may have filtered records out before the creteria with the CONVERT on it...

You will also want to run the Database Upgrade Advisor against the database. There may be things you need to modify/change before moving to SQL Server 2005, others after...
