    I also suggest we keep the 'journeyman' and replace 'Microsoft Certified' with something else...like a 'SQL Server Journeyman' perhaps..one of the comments i got on...

    Backup/Recovery

    High Availability/Disaster Recovery (Business Continuity?)

    SSIS

    SSBS

    SSRS

    SSAS

    With that as a start, how do we start breaking this down?
