I think I agree with you on having the values twice in the sql code. I only thought of it just this morning, but I'll still try to do it...

I tried syntax =FormatDateTime(DateAdd("s",Fields!OutboundHours.Value,0),"HH:mm:ss")
and the report displays #Error for that field and my Output window says:
Build complete -- 0 errors, 0 warnings
The value expression for the textbox ‘OutboundHours’...

I figured it out, it seems to be a RS2000 bug. When setting up your groups and visibility, set up the visibility/toggle from the properties box for that group...

Actually, I figured it out. I was saving the excel file as .xls and it should be saved as .csv.
