What are the exact columns of the text file?

If LoanTypeID is part of the source, how come it changes when you have already data inserted in the table? Your model...

Strange. At my computer both tools indicate the same encoding if it is utf-8.

Try to get your hands on a hex editor. With that you can truly check the encoding.
