1. You would create a project like in SSRS, but it will contain packages with the .dtsx extension. On how to create/edit/maintain packages, I would suggest to search some tutorials...

I am using IE... and do not see any of the settings you listed.. 'http://MyServer/Reports/Pages/Settings.aspx'
Those settings I mentioned are for the ReportViewer control in .NET.
