i imagine also people need to buy Sharepoint Enterprise...we have only Sharepoint Standard...

Nope, the project is dead.
You're on your own for SQL 2008R2 and SQL 2012.
(for example, you cannot deploy shared datasets with RSScripter)

Yes, you need SQL Server 2012 to use Power View. In order to use it on Office 2013, I think you need service pack 1, not 100% sure on that.
