    My problem is the management says I am too tough when giving interviews.

    I think it actually goes one step further than that in some of these cases.

    Gathering vast amounts of information is usually justified with "it's more efficient". It's more efficient...

    The most annoying thing in the forums is that I can't post XML in them. Some solutions/answers require XML, and I have to resort to attaching text files, or...

    Replace the Inner Join with Full Outer Join, and do this to the numeric columns:

    IsNull(ALIAS1.Aantal_Incidenten, 0) as Aantal_Incidenten

    One of the best ways to improve performance is to write good queries.

    Another is to have a well-defined data architecture (schema).

    You should also set up the right indexes and maintenance...

    Remove the "Alias2.naam" column from the select statement and you should have what you want.
