    A useful trick to Begin...End blocks, is indent everything inside them by one tab. Helps you see the flow and make sure that you actually get where you need...

    Split them off so each has its own table, with just the nvarchar and an ID column. Otherwise, you might have trouble with the other columns.

    They're just displaying it differently. 00:00:00.000 is 12 AM (midnight). The difference doesn't matter.
