What do you want to do if someone is in there with two or more different e-mail addresses? Just make it so every entry has the first e-mail address?

Take a scenario when the DB is online and transactions are open and some work is going on (insert, update, delete)....

I've used Macs, Linux, FreeBSD, and every Windows flavor except ME (which I deliberately missed).
Personally, I can't stand *nix, but I can understand the people who do like it.

What about holidays?
Your best bet for this kind of thing is a calendar table. Lots of uses, this is one of them.
