I think you can use a NullIf function in SSRS, but I'm not certain. If so, wrap that around the denominator, and wrap an IsNull around the whole operation....

Microsoft has an article on estimating index disk space at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms190620.aspx. It includes data on the effect of nullable columns, which at least implies that indexes can contain null...
