I've used mine for a lot of productivity increases, without increasing hours.
I can answer e-mails while not at my desk, which doesn't equate to "at home", and so on.

Cross join to a table with the number of rows equal to the number of repetitions you need. Numbers tables are useful for that.

Are you familiar with writing inline subqueries?
Would look something like this:

Personally, with what you've described, I'd probably go with nested sets. The only thing they don't do well is frequent...
