I've found salary.com is a reasonable approximation of what I find jobs listing for. Keep in mind that averages vary wildly by geography, and that some areas may offer...

Setting up the "free version" (Microsoft Sharepoint Foundation) should give you a playground to start getting familiar with Sharepoint, I'd think.

Keep in mind that varchar(max) can be 2 Gig of data. That's approximately 2-billion characters. A standard novel is about 1,000 characters per page, so you're looking at...

No, there doesn't appear to be an option for that. The closest would be under Query Execution options, "Disconnect after the query executes".

Permissions on tables shouldn't matter.
Try connecting using that login. Should be blocked.
