I guess I'm not clear on why that would be a trigger. What would trigger it? Why would you want it to run every time you insert/update/delete?

The problem looks like it's the Execute As.
The login trigger proc is running as AnonLogin. Thus ANY login calling that proc qualifies as being a SPID that should be...
