Which is why they changed it from 3 weeks of training and exams to just two exams. Training's now completely up to you to figure out.

If the person creating the object has dbo rights (so any database owner or sysadmin), ownership will be dbo (principal_id = NULL in sys.objects)

It may well do. Depends how you're inserting. One batch, probably not. Multiple batches, likely yes because of the increased page splits. Test and see.
