CheckDB or CheckTable with repair allow data loss will lose data, that's why it's named that way (there are a couple cases where it won't, but they're rarer cases)

Again, it might, but that assumes that the queries are recompiling due to statistics updates, and not one of the other 8 or so possible reasons.

You could just use the DMVs instead, query and aggregate sys.dm_tran_locks (though it's a complex view) and join to sys.dm_exec_requests and sys.dm_exec_sessions.
