Hi,If we create Temporay Tables in a Stored Procedure will degrade the performance of the query?

Autogrow timeouts won't be in the application log, they will be in the SQL error log.

Well you don't do it like that.
If you're attaching without a log file, CREATE DATABASE ... FOR ATTACH_REBUILD_LOG

Operating system error 32 = The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
So something else has that mdf file open. Find whatever it is...

Could be that the log growth is timing out and the log isn't growing. But you'd have seen errors in the error log if that were happening.

The fact that there's noting listed as the log reuse reason now doesn't mean there was nothing at the time that the error occurred. Maybe set up something to monitor...
