Depends if the Sort_In_TempDB option is specified. If not, just the user DB. If so, both.

Cross apply to sys.dm_exec_sql_text (on the plan_handle). One of the resultant columns is Object_ID.

It doesn't.
Maxdop 1 is a sparepoint specific requirement, not something that should be done in other environments, and the number of TempDB files is not always 1 per 4 cores

No, script all the objects in one go, you can do that with the script tool that you mentioned. Then either bcp the data out or create an SSIS package...

If you're runnign the trace from Profiler, stop the trace, file > export > script trace definition.

As autoclose is on .It is forcing the database to close and reopen. That is causing the checkdbs to happen again and again
Once more with feeling....
CheckDB is NOT running....
