Since you are using SQL 2008 R2 Express you may be wasting some of your hardware.

Express can only use 1 processor (however many cores are in that processor)...

I have looked at this is the past and decided against it.

If we are having trouble with CPU pressure I might consider it but having to take into consideration all...
