I suspect an IO subsystem failure, find it strange that there are no other errors in any logs. Can you post the full and unedited output of
dbcc checkdb (‘yourdbname’)...

Looks like a problem with the drive / IO subsystem. Can you check the System Event Log if you find any related errors there? My guess is that you will...
