    Personally, I love the EXECUTE AS both when creating procedures and also to impersonate to troubleshoot permissions. Good question.

    You can't do an in-place from 32-bit to 64-bit iirc. You'll need to either install a new instance and move the DBs across or uninstall the old and install...
