I have to agree with Greg that TIME data type is much easier to work with in this case. So your DDL would be:

CREATE TABLE #Locations (

LocationIDINTEGER NOT NULL

,LocationNameVARCHAR(100)...

It might seem a bit tricky and you may need to play with this a bit to get it working 100%, but I think you'll get the idea of what...

I'm not sure if this will help you, but the following code will replace the comma embedded between quotation marks (as long as it doesn't appear in the first position)...
