Can we shrink tempdb log file?

There is no replication or mirroring set up. How about issuing a checkpoint?

There is no space on other drive to add file.Please advise

It is not tempdb. It is an user database

If drive is full and it contains only data files, can we consider shrinking using TRUNCATEONLY?

When the database goes to suspect state, it cannot be backed up(Full/Diff/Tlog), correct?

Since the primary database went to suspect state, log shipping will not work, am i correct?

How about changing the recovery model to simple and then change back to Full and then take a fresh backup
