You could also try looking at this http://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/1791/fixing-index-fragmentation-in-sql-server-2005-and-sql-server-2008/. I use a modified version that only bothers with tables that have page_count > 8.

If you are doing this on Windows Server 2003 then setspn isn't installed by default. You need to download Windows Server 2003 Support Tools.

Good article, although a second one on what the figures mean in the real world would be useful.
