T.Target isn't one of the numeric datatypes. You're only trapping one string value from being bassed in to the function, are you sure there are not more? Have you tried...

That's because it's a CREATE TABLE script, with CREATE changed to ALTER. You will need to be more specific and respect the rules of the command you wish to use....
