    a). Your deletion of 200,000 records per hour, is this to be continuous that is for 24 hours per day,...

    a. Purchase a copy of the Developer Edition of SQL Server 2012 ... last time I checked AMAZON had it for $50 USA...

    Date,Doctor_id,Free_Slot

    But in 1 day,there may be multiple free slots for one doctor,so how do i store them?
