Sorry all, got this sorted, installed it to a subfolder rather than the root, strange how it was only this cluster that gave the error but all is now good.

How many users or how many computers do you have that can access the application on that server, is the application web based, is it accessible from the internet?

Sounds like you will need to force remove logshipping by using the stored procs in MSDB to remove all the primary and secondary plans
