Check the article properties, generally its only primary keys and unique constraints that get copied over.
Someone may have changed the indexes setting, so just need to change the default constraint...

You need a majority vote in the cluster, be that a node majority (3 or more nodes), node and disk majority (2 nodes, 1 disk) or node and fileshare majority...
