My experience mostly with transactional, it should survive a connection drop without any problems during distribution. Have not tested what happens if it were to occur during the initial snapshot...

Good enough to handle the load if you need to switch to it. No real requirements, there isnt much complicated to log shipping when you get down to it.

Try putting some code in each event handler for the backup/restore object. Without it you get the error.
