Another way is using SQLCMD.
btw The solutions you are looking for in this thread are actually only exporting / importing data.
It takes more to be considered a solid backup strategy...

Please use convert(datetime, ...., format) when you want to handle datetime info.
Check books online for the correct format parameter to be used.
