**Your table is missing the statusEndDate column though , you need to add that first.

i checked that first but account that runs task is local admin on server
My guess is that the file(s) that it is trying to open are on another machine?

You have to do this with an account that has sufficient rights, you can't just add yourself as an administrator if you don't have another account....
