    This has gotten off point a little. The original response that was being discussed in this thread was "Over qualified", not "Not Qualified". These are two totally different responses. 😀

    The mindset of most managers will never support this at most companies. Most managers I know need to know you are on site to verify you are working....

    I can't imagine being retired and pursuing only hobby interests. My ultimate "retirement" will be doing essentially what I've been doing but only 2-3 days per week instead...
