I got the issue solved by setting the "Run64BirRuntime" property to FALSE in BIDS. I understand this fix only for Design time.

However, the same package is running with out...

Does it work if you point to the same server connections with out using Deployment Utility? Please try it by disabling the Deployment utility option?
