The first one I've seen before when the SSRS service account doesn't have full permissions to the RSTemp directory under ReportingServices directory. So you may want to check that.

There are Table 1 and Table 2
Table 1 - column A, B, C, D
Table 2 - column A, B1, C1, D1
I copied over the data to certain columns...

I don't know firsthand but a lot of apps that do imports for similar things do that so as to avoid a plethora of conversion issues.
